acoustic guitar bridge height adjustment insert

This guitar’s owner purchased it for a great deal only to discover that a broken part of the bridge was unobtainable. After mailing us the original part and a consultation about the function and critical features. We were able to remanufacture this part and get his guitar back to its original functional state. We also updated the design to accept commonly available 1/8” bone saddle blanks.

This insert installs between the wooden bridge body and the bone saddle on a 1970s Japanese guitar that is basically a clone of a similar vintage Martin guitar. It allows height adjustment of the saddle. One of the threaded ears was broken off. After manufacturing, we black oxide coated the bridge for corrosion protection.
