This was a short run of decorative hand screws or thumb screws. That flower is large enough to grasp and tighten securely. We created a solid model of the idea in Fusion 360 then had the decorative outer portion laser cut. The outer portion is TIG welded to a commonly available socket head cap screw leaving the hex drive of the screw intact and usable.
